Several vans showed up on my street at 4:30pm packed with riot police. Street is empty as most businesses have let employees out. My company sent out a memo saying everyone can go home if they want. Pretty surreal. Hard to believe anything will happen here tonight, or anywhere else like the last three days. Heavy police presence everywhere. I think things have pretty much worked itself out.

Riot Police on Hatton Garden
Several vans showed up on my street at 4:30pm packed with riot police. Street is empty as most businesses have let employees out. My company sent out a memo saying everyone can go home if they want. Pretty surreal. Hard to believe anything will happen here tonight, or anywhere else like the last three days. Heavy police presence everywhere. I think things have pretty much worked itself out.
