Finally went to the Tate Modern on Sunday. Great place but pretty crowded. I only saw one wing so will go back again right when it opens. Most memorable painting I saw was Monet's 'water lilies.' It was amazing. Also it was huge - maybe 10 ft across.
beautiful! saw a lot of Monet paintings years ago when Dad and I were in Paris -- amazing artist. glad you finally got there. Of course you'll be around for a while so should be able to get back there. Mom
