Black Pudding is served in every breakfast place in London I've been and I had it in Dublin. I didn't eat it at first but now don't mind it and you could say, even like it. Black pudding, or blood sausage, is made differently all over the world. The UK/Ireland way is thick dark slices that are fried over a griddle. They are unique in that they're made up of heavy quantities of oats (as opposed to rice, onions, or potatoes) and of course...blood =)
