Saturday in Antibes is when all of the antique dealers come out and showcase their wares. The French antique dealers and their "antiques" were pretty strange. Actually, really strange. This one guy had displayed hundreds of ceramic dolls. Some were strung up on grates, others in crates, others on tables and some were hanging. Although I only have one pic here - the rest I deleted as I was starting to have nightmares - you get the idea.
The doll-dealer had this one arrangement where he strung maybe 50 dolls without heads onto this large wire mesh grate. Someone pointed, he untied the doll and they bought it. They're the proud new owner of a decapitated ceramic doll that hung on a metal grate.
