4:40am Wake Up . . . Good Morning Amsterdam

Amsterdam for New Years...sounds like a great idea. Then off to Berlin. That's how to bring in the new year. Assuming of course I can get out of bed at 4:40am to catch a bus to the Heathrow Express.
