Congrats to my parents for closing on a house in Chatham! I'm very excited for them. The location is 10 - 15 min drive to the boat and 10 minute walk to the beach. Great location in a great town. Very very happy for them. Now, will have to help them move in this spring but secretly stake a claim to a room...have to beat the other sibling who thinks she may have an advantage.
