This was Good

OK, this isn't my picture below but it is a pic of roasted bone marrow. I had this for an appetizer (or entree as they say in French) for my last meal in Paris. I tried this dish once when my mom ordered it once in Boston and had just a small taste. I remember liking it so I just swung for the fences and ordered a whole plate of it to myself. The gelatinous taste was hard to get past but you spread it the marrow with this little spoon on crusted bread - so that kind of helps. They had container of sea salt which i used quite a bit of. My cholesterol and heart might have protested - can't imagine this can be healthy in anyway. But damn bone marrow, you are good.
